Ahead of the release of her Eras Tour concert film, Swift surprised fans at the Los Angeles outdoor mall where her movie premiere was being held.

Swift had taken to social media earlier that day to not only tease her red carpet look, but announce that the fim would be releasing a day earlier than announced because of unprecedented demand.

It’s estimated more than 2,000 fans were in attendance. Lucky Los Angeles Swifties received invites back in September because they were among some of the “Mastermind” singer’s top listeners on Spotify.
